Everybody the Once-ler has met during his tenure at Landel's, primarily so I can keep track and not forget important stuff!
Direct Interactions
Soma Peries
The first acquaintance the Once-ler made at Landel's. While they haven't known each other long, he's fond enough of her to forcibly carry her away from rushing headlong into a dangerous situation. This is a result of her being his first human contact in a year, and (given the circumstances) a positive one at that. He's missed this kind of interaction more than he realized, so it will take more than biting and punching to drive him off.
Loki (known as Lingormr)
The second patient the Once-ler encountered, although the meeting was far from pleasant. After a rather painful first encounter during which Loki was under the influence of SC, the Once-ler developed a negative opinion of the man. During breakfast the next day though, Loki apologized and he, the Once-ler, and Soma proceeded to have a very civil conversation. The Once-ler is still wary of Loki, but it's seeming more and more like they just got off on the wrong foot.
Sora
Isn't he too young to be in an asylum with adults? He knows Soma, and seems to want to help others in need despite the danger.

Surprisingly calm when dealing with severe injuries. What kind of life did this kid lead? Like Sora, he comes off as a good Samaritan.
Rapunzel
Soma's friend, who arrived in the X-ray room unharmed despite Loki's illusions which made the Once-ler and Soma believe otherwise. She immediately started offering aid, but NS ended before she could get very far.
Indirect Interactions
Kotetsu T. Kaburagi
He knocked the Once-ler out of the way when he came charging into the X-ray room.
Castiel
He showed up with Rapunzel, but went to talk to Kotetsu and Barnaby almost immediately.
